RedRock Recruitment require an experienced handyman with a minimum of 5 years in a similar, permanent position. Duties include travelling to multiple properties within a 10 mile radius of Ilford every day, performing maintenance and repairs of both occupied and unoccupied properties.

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Van, material cost, fuel and insurance all provided.

Must have own tools, however, if something specialised is needed, it can be provided.

Experience in a property maintenance, estate agent or construction company preferable.

9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, 28 days annual leave.

Immediate start

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
