A Global Software Company based in Staines is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months.

**As a key member of our Recruiting Coordination team, here's what you'll be doing**:

- Educate and enable the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and business to scale by advising on TA policies and process steps Upholding (data) integrity
- Previous administrative role in an HR dept (Payroll, Benefits, TA, etc)
- Familiar with HR data and processes
- Administrative skill set with great customer service skills
- They must have recruiting coordination experience (or maybe even have been a recruiter) so they can understand the role and have impact given the short contract tenure.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Years of experience using Outlook and/or Recruiting
- Systems Flexibility and initiative-this role may require you to sometimes execute outside of regular business hours
- Superbly professional communication skills
- Detail orientation and a commitment to accuracy Above-Average organizational and time management skills
- Proven extra mile-goer: If you've regularly gone out of your way to go above and beyond to provide a "Best in Class" experience, you belong here
