Green Bridge Community Housing (GBCH) is a supported accommodation provider operating in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, and the West Midlands. We empower vulnerable adults to (re)integrate into mainstream society through the provision of safe and secure accommodation and tailored support.
- **The Role**:_
- Provide responsive customer service - deal with enquiries.
- Undertaking all property management administrative duties (setting up and management of utilities, council tax, internet accounts).
- Manage Housing Repairs Tracker
- Manage and maintain effective correspondence with suppliers and contractors.
- Manage budget and expenses trackers.
- Issue and collate invoices and payment requests.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management Team
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Office Manager and Service Manager.
- Management of data entry
- Managing and liaising with Contractors
- Management of database in regards to property records and Service User records.

- **Key Requirements**:_
- _Extensive experience in a customer-facing role_
- _Experience in providing effective administrative support in busy environments._
- _Proven experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service provision._
- _Experience in working collaboratively to support teams across various service areas._
- _Effective communication skills - written/verbal, able to demonstrate active listening skills._
- _Excellent IT skills - the experience in managing records and data input systems._
- _Ability to organise tasks, prioritise caseloads._
- _Able to work flexibly and responsively - using initiative to overcome challenges._
- _Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism when working with challenging service users._
- _Understanding of issues relating to confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance._
- _Able to identify own training and development needs._
- _Committed to the aims and ethos of the organisation._
- _Understanding and experience in managing budgets and finances._
- _Experience and understanding of safer recruitment practices._
