Accounts/office Administrator

**Role Requirements**
- Experience of working in an accounting or administrative role
- A knowledge of using QuickBooks accounting software would be a desirable but not essential as training will be given
- You will be highly organised, articulate, and have strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work confidentially and handle business information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Apple Mac (desirable)
**Responsibilities will include**
- Invoicing customers for products and services
- Entering supplier invoices and credit notes onto QuickBooks
- Chasing payment of invoices & processing remittances
- Reconciling business accounts on QuickBooks
- Produce payment list in preparation of monthly BACS run
- General office support
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £18,490.90-£23,217.01 per year
