Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **Head of Ticketing Operations** to join our **Revenue Management team **on a **permanent** basis. The role will be based at **South Bank, London** office, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility.

**Your Mission**:

- ** Ticketing**: Break the mold and redefine ticketing across the vast landscape of the Merlin Estate. Drive efficiency, consistency, and watch revenue soar to new heights
- ** Global Domination**: As the Head of Ticketing & Merchandising, command a global team to harness the power of local and central knowledge. Identify best practices, standardise processes, and let your efficiency expertise shine.
- ** Performance Maverick**: Track performance against SLAs with precision. Prioritise the delivery of admissions merchandising requests.
- ** Team Dynamo**: Infuse the team with the electrifying spirit of #gotogether. Mold them into a powerhouse that operates at the peak of excellence. Develop training plans that set them on the path to greatness, and embed succession planning for unstoppable growth.
- ** Tech Revolution**: Develop a roadmap for change within the ticketing system, ensuring our tech capabilities match the limitless ambition of our dreams

Qualifications & Experience:

- Extensive leadership experience managing diverse teams on a global or national scale.
- Possesses strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
- Essential background in Ticketing processes and/or front-end ticketing operations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, influencing the implementation of new processes.
- Demonstrates a fast-learning mindset and willingness to embrace new concepts, industries, skills, problem-solving approaches, and analytical methods.
- Holds a clear mandate to ensure all attractions in their region align with the Midway revenue strategy.
- Capable of reviewing complex issues and delivering practical actions to the operating group.
- Enjoys working in an agile and fast-paced team, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Emphasising more than just analysis, this role focuses on driving transformative business change within a dynamic matrix organisation, dedicated to strategic improvements.
