After the completion of your auditing, you will become fully authorised to conduct fire risk assessments and other fire safety services, for our range of commercial and domestic clients.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To provide fire risk assessments across a range of property types including retail, warehousing/distribution centres and domestic environments.
- Potentially to provide additional fire safety services such as fire compartmentation surveys or fire door audits and providing ad-hoc fire safety advice.
- Working with our other health and safety consultants and CDM advisors, providing optimal fire safety advice on a variety of different projects.
- To proactively engage in the training and development provided by the company.
- To uphold the Code of Conduct and the requirements of the company as instructed
- To support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company’s office or from client’s sites as required.
- To be proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time by all areas of the business.
- To uphold the company’s mission, vision & values

**Requirements**:
**Experience and skills required**:

- Relevant fire safety qualification (such as NEBOSH (fire), FPA qualifications or CFPA diploma)
- Ideally registered with one of the recognised schemes identified within the Fire Risk Assessment Competency Council Criteria.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fire safety related role.
- DSEAR experience would be beneficial
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen, motivated and reliable.
- Willing to undertake a DBS check prior to starting in the position.
