The Student Accommodation team plays an essential role in attracting a diverse range of students to Bristol and helping to deliver an outstanding student experience.

We plan and manage the annual allocation of more than 10,000 beds in University-owned and partnership accommodation, delivering high-quality customer service and advice to students.

If you are a passionate about customer service and delivering and enhancing the student experience, we want to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**:
As Accommodation Officer, you will provide advice and assistance to students on all matters relating to their tenancy. Working in a team of 6 officers, you will allocate accommodation to students and use your knowledge of the accommodation stock to decide on the most appropriate accommodation for students with disabilities or additional needs. You will work closely with other teams to gain an in depth understanding of different student groups and their specific needs and preferences.
- You are passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- You have excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a desire to continuously improve the processes you are working with
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
