Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Set up team briefs, communicate store actions and targets, and drive business priorities through effective delegation and clear communication.
  • Customer Focus: Work with the management team to improve customer-focused culture, drive conversion, footfall, and service KPIs, and adjust approach to meet customer needs.
  • Operations: Create a safe and secure working environment, support Health and Safety training, complete price events and promotional activity, and drive delivery process and productivity.
  • Visual & Commercial: Support visual merchandising, conduct daily walkthroughs, analyze data, and maintain commercial files.
  • People: Support recruitment, develop and coach Sales Advisors, have difficult conversations, and promote a culture of recognition and diversity.
