They are looking for someone who will act as the first point of contact within the projects team.

**Main Duties**:

- Raising jobs for CAT. A,B,C,D and making sure all tasks are completed and relevant to each category.
- Creating, raising and issuing PO's to sub-contractors.
- Updating tracker sheet.
- Producing manual construction phase plans.
- Timesheets.
- Assisting Contracts Manager/Supervisor with all day-to-day tasks.
- Be able to plan and prioritise.
- Financial awareness.
- Hard working
- Great attention to detail.
- Be a good team player.
