Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide advisory and administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate Excel trackers to inform data-driven decision making.
- Manage information systems, databases, and filing systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Close jobs on the system to ensure reports reflect current work levels and project status.
- Coordinate meetings and greet guests and visitors as needed.
- Procure Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Respond to administrative queries and provide timely support to the team.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and computer-literate individual with excellent communication skills. Experience in the construction and/or maintenance industry is desirable but not essential.
