**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MELs to ensure we are scheduling effectively, negotiating with suppliers collectively and adhering to internal processes around event set up and delegate / customer experience.
- Working across the martics to identify newsworthy updates to share with the members across the sub regions of the UK’ and updating the RICS website with board information such as new members and articles
- Effective and collaborative relationships are built with both internal and external stakeholders - namely the Market Engagement Leads (MELs)
- Supplier management - supporting MELs with the sourcing and negotiating contracts with global suppliers - such as venues and ensuring their payment terms are met
- Preparing events to go on sale - setting up a booking platform, arranging web page and delegate communications regarding bookings and final details
- Working alongside marketing and sales to promote events
- Preparation of event materials required for onsite delivery
- Preparation of function sheets to ensure suppliers are briefed of requirements and stakeholder needs have been met
- Ensuring invoices and POs are paid in a timely manner.
- Ensuring a cycle of feedback from the events - attendance, delegate feedback, preparation of final spend

Expected Outcomes
- Successful and agile delivery of UK&I member and Matrics led events
- A home nations scalable way to support member/Matrics led events/engagement consistently
- Events delivered in line with overall delivery framework and service level agreements
- Successful collaboration across all support functions to achieve defined objectives

**Experience Required**
- Some experience in event administration
- Culturally aware with the ability to operate effectively in a cross functional role and work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise
- Highly organised, detail orientated and methodical approach with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, confident with all stakeholders
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines as required
