I am delighted to be working with one of our core clients in the Public Sector, as they look, to recruit a Recruitment & Resourcing Project Support, initially on a 12-month FTC.

**Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Reviewing, updating, and improving recruitment policies, processes, procedures, and systems
- Creating and maintaining the Recruitment & Resourcing dashboards that will be used to interpret recruitment activity, recruitment performance, time and cost per hire and also recruitment pipelines
- Supporting the role out of initiatives that result from Workforce Planning Discussions and help to meet the overall objectives of the organisation strategy
- Prior experience in an end-to-end recruitment role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
- The ability to manage and utilise e-recruitment systems
