We are looking for an Executive Assistant, to provide a proactive level of complex administrative support to our Global Head of Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) and our Global Head of TAS Business Operations. This is a UK based role in the heartof the TAS Leadership Team and you’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidential and sensitive material. The role can be performed as a hybrid (remote & office) worker or as a home worker with some requirementsto travel to the Redhill/London offices upon request.

**The Role**:
- Responsible for full and complex administrative support to the Global Head of Technology and Administration Solutions (TAS) and our Head of Operations for TAS
- Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, submitting invoices, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizationaldeadlines
- Effectively organise meetings and appointments
- Partnering with your leaders to help them scale themselves across their broader organization
- Additional responsibility for support of our TAS Leadership Team, planning, managing, and executing team committee meetings, offsites, events, and activities
