We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Managing Director in this award-winning business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas, itineraries, minutes
- Research and data analysis
- Event planning
- Staff management and HR duties
- Office administration
**Requirements**:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Minimum A Levels, degree preferred
- Location within 1 hour commute of Redhill/Reigate
**Perks**:

- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday - Thursday Office Based, Friday WFH (8am-5pm)
