Personal Assistant

**The Role**
As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, the post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's office. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Hours of Work**
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm
All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break for lunch
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage diary and mailbox tasks to optimise time on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and departmental activities, including taking minutes, tracking issues, and recording actions.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external enquiries, processing and responding to sensitive and confidential correspondence on the company's behalf.
- Maintain regular communication with team members, managers, and external clients.
- Effectively oversee projects on behalf of Director.
- Various administrative tasks.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Company Secretary (essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (essential).
- Experience working within a growing business with multiple business units (desirable).
