The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Administrator to join our wonderful client. Our client is not an insurer, however they provide data management services to the insurance sector - working as part of a small team you will be looking after customer enquiries by investigating and updating data.
Duties will include
**Actioning client requests which could include**:
Updating detailed information
Utilising large spreadsheets
Uploading accurate information into a central database
Following compliant processes to see the client request through to resolution
**Requirements**:
This role would suit someone with experience in the Insurance sector (ideally Motor Insurance) who enjoys solving problems for clients, who has excellent attention to detail to manage large volumes of data. You will be comfortable using Excel and have great communication skills.
