Salary - Up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Broadstairs for a Sales Co-ordinator to work for one of our clients who specialises in high-quality products.
In this role, you would be working Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.15 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Uphold company principles and uphold its values
- Day to day managing a high-volume switchboard with confidence and a friendly demeanour.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as generating quotes, maintaining records, handling company mail, distributing literature, and managing stationery supplies.
- Process orders and compile necessary export shipping documents.
- Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and hospitable attitude.
- Arrange and prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments and catering.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience of working in a professional customer focused environment
- First class administration skills, a good eye for detail and high level of numeracy and literacy
- Fully proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, confident, and friendly personality
- Ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Calm under pressure
- A good team player and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Enthusiastic and personable
