Experienced Receptionist required to support our prestigious client in the Broadstairs area.**Responsibilities**:
- Operating our busy switchboard in a confident and friendly manner
- General admin duties including typing quotes, maintaining records, company post, sending literature and ordering stationary
- Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm welcome
- Reserving/preparing meeting rooms and organising refreshments/catering
Personal attributes:
- Previous experience of working in a professional customer focused environment
- First class administration skills, a good eye for detail and high level of numeracy and literacy
- Fully proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, confident, and friendly personality
- Ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions, work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Calm under pressure
- A good team player and a 'can do' attitude
Hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1715.
- This role requires an immediate start and is temporary for approximately 8 weeks.
