Yarrow Receptionist

We have an exciting new position available in our 28-bedroom Yarrow Hotel. We are looking to appoint a Receptionist.

As a Receptionist at The Yarrow your duties will include ensuring accurate bookings for all guests are taken and delivery of an outstanding, warm welcome is provided. You will also ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and clients of the hotel, when being dealt with by Reception personnel to maximise guest satisfaction and ensure that staff are fully informed of all relevant information pertaining to their role. This includes handovers, memos and arranging and preparing documentation for all operational areas of the hotel.

Please note: This is a maternity cover position for a period of 8 -11 months.

**About You**:
Our Receptionists are expected to act as an Ambassador for The Yarrow delivering individualised and personalised services for business and leisure travellers. Your task is to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return. You will have complete knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and resourceful individual to cover the busy Hotel Reception Desk. You will be approachable, resilient and customer focused. You will enjoy working in a busy and changing environment.
