**Number1Recruit** are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist** to join small, dynamic Customer Service team based at Darwen.

**The Role**:

- Liaising with internal and external customers regarding pricing, product and delivery information both face to face and telephone.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Developing customer relationships.
- Clarification and progressing of orders.
- Supporting Area Sales Managers.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and any customer complaints.

Supporting the Sales Project Manager with the creation, maintenance and smooth running of project plans for our customers

**The Person**:

- Previous Customer Service experience (Essential).
- A confident and affable telephone manner.
- Quick to assimilate information and ability to use initiative.
- Previous experience of projects planning and administration.
- Must be numerate and computer literate (Word, Excel).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A team player who is reliable, flexible, self-motivate and resourceful.

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9-5pm with and early finish on a Friday.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.35 per hour
