**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a strong customer services professional who has experience working in a B2B environment and is passionate about delivering great service to our customers

You will take ownership of one of our largest customers and be on the other end of the line to their buying and technical teams. You’ll be at the heart of the customer ordering process and managing forecasts with production teams, as well as liaising with our 3PL partners to ensure the goods are collected on time and delivered to customer distribution centres within agreed timeframes, therefore you must be a strong communicator.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and would relish the opportunity to take on some people management responsibilities, or someone who already has people management experience but is looking for a fresh challenge with an ever-growing business. If you have previous process management experience, this would be advantageous.

**The role of Customer Services Lead at BBF**
- Be the key contact for customers and the external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.
- Review Customer orders and forecasts for allocated accounts daily.
- Input any additions and amendments to orders via our ERP system.
- Build good communications and relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Complete daily/weekly Service Level Reports and report any short deliveries to the customer.
- Maintaining Christmas order tracking via Excel spreadsheets.
- Completion of relevant delivery confirmation for accounts.
- Export documentation.
- Handling telephone enquiries.
- Reconcile and maintain daily all stocks including site and 3PL, resolving/investigating issues where required.
- Provide cover for the Customer Services Manager and be a competent number 2 in the department.
- Aid the customer services manager to motivate/coach/provide training/support and mentoring to the rest of the team.
- Carry out all other duties as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Some bank holiday on-call work required (rota basis).
