Due to business success, Pitreavie are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Assistant.

This position is full time, on-site working 8:30 - 4:30, Monday-Friday at their Cumbernauld site.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, this position plays a key role in the Finance department for the Pitreavie Group. Working with the established team, duties include but are not limited to:

- Processing and monitoring of the Accounts Payable function.
- Cost analysis and reporting for the Group.
- Bespoke reporting for the company management team.
- Management of company fuel cards and vehicle spend.
- Supporting the Finance function in month-end close.
- Supporting the wider business in reports and analysis.

**Person Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
- To be approachable, communicate well and liaise with all departments
- Have a good eye for detail and be methodical in your approach
- Flexible and willing to travel to cover our four sites throughout Scotland.
