**Global Mobility Broking Leader, Aon Growth Ventures**

Aon Growth Ventures (AGV) leads Aon’s Innovation at Scale strategy by addressing the global macroeconomic trends impacting clients for which few, if any, insurance, and risk management solutions are effectively in market. AGV identifies the trend and builds a strategy and solution roadmap to address the unmet client need. Each area of investment (Growth Accelerator) is led by a designated leader who is responsible for the vision and strategy of their team.

Aon’s Mobility Growth Accelerator was created to address our client’s needs related to autonomous, electric, shared, and connected vehicle trends.

The Mobility Broking Leader will lead and run the broking strategy and key market activities stemming from the emergence of new solutions from the Mobility Growth Accelerator, including engaging insured clients, partnering with capacity providers, and supporting overall product refinement and distribution.

This individual will work in collaboration with a cross-functional team, AGV leadership, and the Mobility Business Leader to formulate and implement the Mobility solutions and go to market strategy.

**What the day will look like**:

- Thought Leadership and Client Observations
- Serve as a broking expert and thought leader on behalf of the Mobility Growth Accelerator.
- Lead key placement activities including new product development and insurance carrier negotiations.
- Identify traditional and non-traditional capacity for new solutions
- Champion Aon’s Mobility strategy across the firm, and the industry.
- Partner with the broader Aon community to capture and analyze current and future clients’ emerging needs
- Build a knowledge sharing community for key client-facing colleagues to link new and existing products to emerging client challenges
- Product Development
- Lead the evolution of existing risk transfer solutions tailored to meet the needs of Mobility clients
- Drive new product development including the technical tailoring of products, draft policy language, and by serving as a partner to both insureds and market capacity players
- Build market capacity by leveraging key relationships and demonstrating value and program performance to interested parties
- Broking Leadership
- Manage operational performance and targets including oversight of commission yield and alternative compensation agreements
- Develop a Mobility renewal strategy playbook to be used by Account Executives with their clients
- Drive compliance and ensure all carriers meet Aon Market Security guidelines
- Assist in sophisticated claims resolution matters as needed

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of casualty insurance industry experience with specialization in personal and commercial auto.
- Extensive knowledge of, and established network within the insurance market, and experience negotiating with insurers or reinsurers globally.
- Background coming from a broker, carrier, reinsurance company, or alternatively, someone who has been in a consulting position from the outside, ideally with prior experience as a risk manager or reinsurance buyer at a large insurance company.
- Hands on, collaborative and entrepreneurial with the ability to hit the ground running and drive aggressive revenue generation.
