**Broking Team Leader - North American Property**

Are you an accomplished Senior Broking professional with the skills and experience to lead and manage a team of highly respected and professional London Market brokers ? Can you bring an in-depth knowledge of the North American Property sector, its carriers and complex broking requirements ? **What the day will look like**

As a Team Leader your wide and varied role will include being responsible for:

- Operationally leading and managing the team
- P&L accountability for the North American property book
- Developing client and network relationships,
- Ensuring a high level of client retention,
- Developing new business opportunities,
- Developing new products and encouraging innovation,
- Coordinating marketing strategy and broking major accounts and lead lines.

Working within our Global Broking Centre in the heart of the City this is a highly visible role that comes with great responsibility and thus opportunities to progress within Aon._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Global Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships
- Technical insurance knowledge across Global Property markets
- Detailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
- Proven capability in effectively leading & developing high performance teams
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
