**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company website and other digital marketing channels - including products, content, case studies and blogs.
- Develop a social media content calendar with a clear plan to improve engagement, increase followers and create engaging content.
- Create and develop marketing materials such as brochures, adverts, flyers and leaflets as required.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Source PR opportunities through local and national press, magazines, and online publications, alongside developing a PR database.
- Manage relationships with outsourced photographers, printers and designers.
- Write and proofread copy.
- Attend occasional events and/or client locations to capture content.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on findings to help develop future plans and activities.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing.
- Experience working in the floristry industry or within the luxury goods market would be preferable, but not essential,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Hubspot and popular social platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Benefits**:
Permanent contract, with a salary between £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.

Both part-time and full-time hours considered

20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (annual bonus based on company performance)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 37.5 per week
