**Pay rate up to £15.50 per hour PAYE depending on experience** The role will assist with the delivery of high-quality administrative support Key responsibilities:

- Taking clear meeting minutes
- Collation of information from different sources with accuracy
- Diary management
- Researching fittings and equipment
- Setting up meetings
- Progress monitoring and tracking - creating and maintaining activity trackers, chasing people up and keeping actions on track
- Downloading and saving digital files (e.g. We Transfer)
- Transfer of information onto spreadsheets with precise accuracy
