- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain physical and computerised files
- Type quotes for contract managers
- Monitor inbox
- Coordinating lifters
- Coordinate with engineers to manage small works projects
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing.
- Answering the phone

**Requirements**:

- Valid Right to Work in the UK documentation
- Previous administration experience
- Professional phone manner
- Organised

Desired
- Knowledge of construction industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £19,000.00 per year
