**Job Title: Card Payment Processor and Accounts Administrator**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fulfil the role of Card Payment Processor and Accounts Administrator. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of card payments while maintaining accurate financial records and providing administrative support to the Credit Control Department.

Hours are Mon - Fri 37.5 hrs a week on shift rota. Shifts between 9am and 7pm with s shift being 8 hours.

**Responsibilities**:
**Card Payment Processing**:

- Manage and process daily card payments using our online Merchant Supplier. Utilising our specific built CRM system to take payments to via the CRM through the Merchant Supplier.
- Ensuring payments are taken on time and in the correct currency.
- Handle declined transactions and investigate any discrepancies.

**Accounts Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of all card payments / BACS payments received using CRM and Excel Payment Sheets.
- Assist with General Credit Control Duties ensuring that any and all payments are received on time.
- Any defaulted payments are actively chased via the company’s policy and queries are resolved and payment secured in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the enforcement of non-contract cancellation policy.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide support to customers regarding payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries regarding payments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and efficiently.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist the Credit Control Department with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management any other Adhoc Duties:
Pay: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
