As night Auditor/Guest Service Assistant, you will support the efficient and effective running of the Hampton By Hilton reception at night by completing the night audit process, serving guests our 24/7 snack menu and beverages on our bar, deal with guest enquiries and feedback as well as carry out some cleaning tasks.

The successful applicant must be team focused; customer orientated and can demonstrate an attention to detail. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to handle guest comments proactively and effectively. This role is mainly working on your own.

Must be 18 years or over in order to be able to serve alcohol.
