**Job Role**:Care Team Leader
**Pay Rate**: £15.00 per hour
**Hours**:Full Time - 37.5 Hours per week
**Shift Patterns**: You will be required to work flexibly on a rota basis to meet the needs of the service, this includes weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.

**About the Role**:
As a **Care Team Leader**, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
- Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times.
- Provide on
- call cover as arranged by the service manager, working within on call guidance.
- Assist the Service Manager in recruitment, induction, supervision and management of those managed by this post with particular regard to service standards and quality of service delivery, dealing with conduct and other issues arising in accordance with the Charity’s policies.
- Support people with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices enabling them to take control of their own lives, increasing independence
- Ensure all personal care tasks are carried out in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual, following the person centred plan.
- Contribute to / attend reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Administer medication in line with the policy and the individual’s care plans.
- Support people to manage their resources and finances.
About you:
In order to be considered as a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will need:
- A kind and caring nature with a passion for enriching lives.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a care environment, coupled with leadership involvement.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
**About St Annes Apartments**:
St. Anne’s Apartments, based in Hove, offers extra care supported living for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Established in 2014, with a second site opened in 2017, the service focuses on promoting independence and community involvement while providing personalised support to each resident. The 3e Lansdowne Road site has seven modern flats, with a mix of shared and single-occupancy units. Staff work with tenants to foster community connections and personal growth, with flexible support tailored to individual needs. The 3c Lansdowne Road site has three single flats dedicated to helping young adults transition to independent living, with staff providing guidance on life skills like cooking, budgeting, and maintaining a tenancy.
St. Anne's is known for its welcoming, homely environment, where residents are treated with respect and dignity. The dedicated staff create a supportive atmosphere, often going the extra mile to ensure positive outcomes for the tenants. The service’s flexibility allows for evolving support as residents' needs change, providing a place where they can thrive and feel at home.
