**We are currently recruiting **

A **Team Leader **to manage **Wyre & Fylde District Libraries. **This is a permanent 37 hours per week role.

**Your new role **

We are looking for a **strong leader, **who is **customer focussed **and **digitally savvy **with the skills to **manage **a team across various sites. Our ideal person will have experience of leading and managing a team, **developing and motivating staff **and maintaining effective links with community partners and agencies

You will manage a team of Library Officers across the district/s and/or Prison and Mobile Libraries that contributes to a high-quality library service that meets performance targets within the Business Plan and ensures that the national Library Universal Offers are delivered. You will also manage annual leave and the deployment of staff across the districts and/or Prison and Mobile Libraries.
