SUMMARY:
The Rakuten Global Advertising Business Division is Rakuten's global media sales house that offers unique access to real shoppers across its unrivaled media and e-commerce apps and sites. We are creating attractive, high performance audiences on Rakuten's and our partners' websites.We offer classic display, rich media, native, video and other ad formats that perform and deliver outstanding value to brands and merchants. We work with the world's leading and most innovative advertisers to drive their business.
At Rakuten Advertising, the partnership team is focused on maximizing revenue across Rakuten's O&O supply through programmatic partnerships and demand optimization. This is accomplished through creating, maintaining and sustaining strategic partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, agency trading desks (ATDs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting the partner management team in Europe by ensuring operational, reporting, and commercial tasks are prioritized and completed to meet partner requirements.- Timely and satisfactory execution of optimizations of partner account, contributing to partner satisfaction and the achievement of Rakuten Advertising revenue goals.- Learning and understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape- Managing internal resources using them effectively and helping Partner Managers provide a high level of service for the demand partners-
- Reviewing a selection of partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities

Technical-
- Comfortable using Excel, Powerpoint- Understanding the basic of digital advertising and media
Personal effectiveness- Highly organised- Proactive - continually looking to improve own role and that of your clients- Inquisitive approach to continuously learning on the job- Responsiveness - getting back to clients within 24 hours
Communication- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong interpersonal skills

Teamwork- Ability to work well as a team and prioritise your workload based on company’s goals- Be able to share progress and updates on tasks with Account Managers and Managers
