As a Campus Recruiting Partner at Millennium, you will focus on supporting our intern recruiting strategy, including how and where we engage with Universities and designing the internship program across multiple offices. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
Build new relationships with universities, including students and faculty
Manage the planning and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
Help develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting process
Act as the main point of contact for managers throughout recruiting process and summer programs
Ability to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leaders
Experience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
