The Executive Compensation Partner will be responsible for and supporting our executive compensation programs, including our long term incentive program. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to deliver on key projects, deliverables and programs. What you will do As an Executive Compensation Partner, you will create and manage compensation reporting with data from Workday and Shareworks, policies, auditing, and data integrity initiatives. It is likely you need to have an excellent analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and reports Supports all executive and long term incentive programs compensation initiatives, including benchmarking, budgeting, modeling, educational materials, reporting, and risk management Assists in the administration of executive compensation plans and programs Auditing Workday HCM and Shareworks to ensure compensation-related changes are made correctly and data is accurately reflected; investigate & resolve discrepancies Assist with preparing and coordinating materials for the Board of Directors and evaluate changes to existing plans related to executive pay structure and firm-wide deferred compensation structure Build reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis What We’re Looking For Previous 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, compensation or a similarly applicable field Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing, and auditing work Experience with effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders from front-line employees to executives Highly detailed driven with an emphasis on accuracy and speed of execution, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture Previous experience with Shareworks, Google Suite, and Workday (HCM, Benefits, and Comp modules) What can Scopely offer me?
