Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a keen, motivated, professional but personable individual with a strong drive to succeed to join our team.
This role requires an individual with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite, professional, friendly and helpful manner, both face to face and on the telephone.
**Part Time Position Available**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Call handling
- Greeting potential clients
- Arranging valuations & viewings
- Production of sales particulars
- Uploading properties to portals
- Conducting viewings
- Providing vendor feedback
- Receiving offers & negotiating between vendors & purchasers
- Qualification of purchasers
- Communicating & co-ordinating with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, other estate agents and the team to manage transactions and provide consistent updates for the portfolio, whilst maintaining and updating detailed notes throughout the course of the transactions
- Generating & issuing memorandum of sales
- Arranging access for valuations and surveys
- Dealing with surveys and renegotiations
- Managing clients' expectations throughout the process, going the extra mile to deliver an unrivalled service in a timely manner
- Registering potential purchasers & matching their requirements.
- Marketing skills
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- A resilient and positive attitude
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Strong physical/electronical administration skills
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills are required together with someone who can work as part of a team, supervised and unsupervised
- Ability to take instructions from their Manager
- Experience in or willing to learn and use to its maximum ability the companies CRM system
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients & the team
- Problem solving skills and being able to think outside the box
- Overcome challenges throughout the process
- It would be beneficial to have experience in Property and/or administration, but this is not necessary.
- Full driving licence and car.
**HOURS**
Week 1
- Thursday 1:30pm - 17:00pm
- Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2
- Monday 9:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Tuesday 9:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Wednesday 9:00am - 12:30pm
Flexibility required for holiday & sickness cover.
