We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Duties**:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to phone etiquette standards

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,206.44 per year
