Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong customer relationships by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving customer concerns
  • Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various face to face channels

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping people
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism

Salary:
From £25,291.91 per year
