Office Administrator - Permanent - Central Cardiff
Permanent office administrator - ideal for an experienced office administrator with scheduling experience or project support plus prior experience of working in either construction companies, manufacturing firms, transport firms, maintenance organisations or similar.
£23,500 - £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - PERMANENT **OFFICE BASED **JOB
**All applicants must have the following experience**:
- Scheduling or project support experience
- Very good office administration and data entry experience
- Experience of raising PO numbers and invoices
- A confident telephone manner and very good communication skills
- PC Literate in Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Central Cardiff
**Principal Duties**:
- Scheduling in maintenance work with the in house maintenance team and subcontractors
- Project support
- Creating invoices and raising purchase orders
- Ordering in new supplies and equipment
- General data entry and general office administration work
- Central Cardiff - office based role
**£23,500 - £25,000 per annum - Monday to Friday - Permanent**
