Office Administrator

Applications are invited for an organised person to join our photographic services company based in Cardiff.
Duties include:
- Data entry and updating our Customer Relationship Management system
- Phone call handling
- Liaising with customers and account managers
- Other administration and office duties as necessary
You will need to have:
- A high level of administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent English language skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Previous experience of working in an office is essential along with good IT and computer skills including Excel and Outlook. Training will be given.
The ability to communicate in Welsh would be an advantage.
**Salary**: Depending on experience
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays
**Job Type**: Full time (Working during school term days only is available if required)
Required education: A Levels or equivalent
