As a Process Specialist of Procure to Pay (P2P) within Finance Delivery, you’ll be accountable for providing process expertise within a portfolio of transformation projects throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll do:

- Providing P2P process expertise during the delivery of transformation projects
- Ensure initial user support, user management, and P2P process changes are conducted to a high standard in a timely manner for excellent user experience
- Support P2P performance improvement and identifying opportunities, and driving these opportunities into projects
- P2P process risk understood, with ongoing monitoring, continuous improvement, controls design and review of compliance to policy and process

What you'll bring:

- Strong understanding of the P2P end-to-end process
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation, high EQ and outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management skills and an ability to demonstrate the importance of change management and value realisation
- Curious, data driven and desire to consistently improve (and the ability to balance this with the pressure of BAU for the organisation)

Your office base:
Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
