**Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To promote and sell various Club products and other Club initiatives
- Ensure offer and initiatives are communicated through the appropriate channels and all information is correct
- To invite and liaise with community organisations on matchday, providing an experience and process that inspires them to return to future games and become lifelong supporters
- To collaborate with local schools to develop partnerships which includes match day attendance, a calendar of events and activities outside of matchdays
- Build up a database of clients and relevant third parties, ensuring all data is accurately recorded
- To lead planning, coordination, and delivery of the Club’s match day entertainment - liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies in a professional and proficient manner
- To help create a long-term strategy to engage our new and longer-term supporters, strengthening our relationship with them as we seek to grow the fanbase. This should encompass a full season plan of activities and activations to drive the affinity between supporters, stadium and Club
- Provide weekly and monthly update reports detailing achievements against agreed targets
- Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using service and sales best practices, networking, prospecting, lead gen, referrals, data capture and personal database management

**Requirements**:
Person Specification:

- Experience within a marketing environment or possess an equivalent marketing qualification
- Ability to build, develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent planning required to create a community calendar of engagement
- Ability to set and work towards achieving targets
- Quality communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm about contributing to the success and growth of the Women’s team
- Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office
- Ability to develop and implement high quality, varied and creative events focusing on a community engagement and fan development which is ethical and applies safeguarding and equality principles at all times.
- Lots of ideas, energy and enthusiasm for a fantastic role at an exciting time for one of the world’s top 20 football club brands
