We are seeking an Administrative Assistant that has energy, is structured and can handle detail and likes being part of a fast paced, collaborative team environment.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your role will be to respond to customer support tickets in a timely manner and solving customer queries via our Customer Support CRM system.

**You'll spend your time**
- Responding to new customer tickets
- Investigating and dealing with open customer tickets and closing in a timely manner
- Problem solving and escalating, where necessary, to the relevant member of the team
- Responding to Trustpilot queries
- Performing any other duties/projects as reasonably required
- You have previous office experience/customer support - 2 years (preferred)
- You have strong IT skills
- Are methodical, have a logical approach and good attention to detail
- Have the ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as working well within a team environment
- Have a collaborative approach and understands when to seek approval for sign off tasks and when to proceed without
- You are resilient and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where the day to day job is constantly evolving and changing
- A desire to learn and understand new systems quickly
- The ability to prioritise workload to identify the most important and urgent tasks
- You can demonstrate analysis and troubleshooting skills
- You are highly motivated; can-do attitude with the willingness to continually update knowledge and skillset
- You have the ability to identify business impacting incidents and escalate according to the escalation process
