Job Overview:
**You'll spend your time**:

- Investigating new and open customer tickets.
- Solve customer queries via the Customer Support CRM system.
- Problem solving and escalating, where necessary, to the relevant member of the team.
- Overlooking and replying to Trustpilot queries.
- Approving and rejecting Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Checking accounts for other internal departments and sending reports accordingly.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Attendance (where possible) at company off site meeting which is held approximately six times per year.

**Key attributes, skills & experience**:

- Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to work across other platforms ie CRM.
- Minimum 2 years office experience.
- Ability to prioritise workload to identify the most important and urgent tasks.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently in an efficient manner, as well as working well within a wider team environment.
- Collaborative approach and understand when to seek approval for sign off tasks and when to proceed without.
- Understand discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive situations.
- Ability to identify business impacting incidents and escalate according to the escalation process.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
