**About The Role**:
We at PEI Group are looking for an Advertising and Conferences Sales Coordinator to join our diverse team based in London. This successful team manages the print, digital and conference, advertising and sponsorship sales for our real estate focussed brands. This role is instrumental to the success, organisation, and management of key client accounts.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and insight into our high performing commercial publishing and conference team who generate revenue for the business from our clients in the private real estate sector.

This role would suit an engaged and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop within a B2B sales, business development and commercial operations environment. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the team initially in a support role, with potential to build experience and your own sales and client accounts.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and confident individual to join our private real estate focussed team, who specialise in Advertising and Conference sales. You will be joining the business at an exciting time, in a fast-paced role, with a global client base.

This newly created position will enable you to learn about the advertising sales cycle, gain exposure to a global conference sponsorship program and build your own skills to drive your own sales.

**Responsibilities and duties**

This role is a B2B focused position, working with internal and external stakeholders globally. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing contracts and orders on the CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure the reporting books and the CRM are accurate and reconcile.
- Weekly forecasting spreadsheet updates for management reporting.
- Digital advertising artwork management and client liaison.
- Generating advertising and engagement reports for client’s digital advertising and sponsored content campaigns.
- Effective research using the CRM, proprietary data and LinkedIn.
- Liaising with the conference logistics team on deliverables for events.
- Posting all sponsored content on LinkedIn.
- Managing media partnerships with third party conference and exhibition providers.
- Print order management, liaising with the production team to manage monthly print orders.
- Business development support - organising and participating in discovery calls, client meetings and travel diary management.

This role may require conference attendance and international travel as the individual progresses and the role develops.

- A minimum of 1 year’s customer service or support role experience - _Essential. _
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Zoom & Teams software - _Essential. _
- Experience using CRM platforms & databases - _Desired. _
- Experience working in a corporate environment - _Desired._
- Data collection, analysis and processing - _Desired._
- Degree educated - _Desired._
