Sales Support and Training Administrator

This is a full time (35 hours) office based role in Mansfield for a capable Sales Support and Training Administrator to provide support across a range of different sales, customer service and project administration activities.

**Hours**:Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4pM/Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm

**Salary**:£25k-£28k based on experience + Employee bonus scheme (currently £3k per annum)

**Holidays**: 20 days + statutory

**The role**:

- Database management - ensure accurate records are kept
- Customer Relationship Management system - creating, updating key client information and task management via our ACT CRM
- Collating and administering all course feedback and feedback reports
- Administer learning outcomes and quarterly client reports
- Diary management for three Learning & Development Managers
- Provide administration support to our Head of Project Delivery and Learning and Development Managers

**Requirements of the role**:

- Experience with Microsoft Excel / Outlook / Teams
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Learning & Development sector would be ideal but not essential
- Confidence in answering the phone
- Great communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a good grasp of written English
- The ability to be proactive and show a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
