**Overview for the Contract Administrator role**:
Our client is a leading global provider of products, with production facilities throughout the World. The north Nottingham office, which is based close to J28 of the M1, is looking to recruit a Service Contracts Administrator whose job is to act as a focalpoint for all enquiries relating to service contracts, to prepare service contract renewals and to provide quotes for additional service-related work.

**Job Accountabilities for the Contracts Administrator role**:

- To monitor upcoming agreements for renewal, prepare renewal quotes for proposal, progress chase, and finalise acceptance with the customer.
- Proactively manage workload to minimise contracts finished without a renewal in place.
- Upsell/promote additional services available to customers
- Manage key accounts
- Provide quotations for additional work
- Collate information from all relevant parties to ensure the quotation is correct
- Process order once received, informing all appropriate departments
- Complete supplier questionnaires including collating QA information, bank details, insurance certificates, H & S information, method statements and risk assessments
- Work as part of a team in the delivery of the department wide strategy to regain lost contracts and complete tenders for new business.
- To produce reports to indicate current and projected business activity relating to service agreements and lost contracts.
- Prioritise and organise a continuously changing workload, ensuring that a response is provided to all customer calls and enquiries.
- Collaborate/liaise with other departments to assist with the smooth transition between departments giving the customer a positive experience.

**Person Specification for the Contracts Administrator role**:

- Previous background in Sales Admin, Contracts or Procurement
- Experience and knowledge in Microsoft, especially in Word, Excel, and data packages, with the ability to learn new CRM/ERP systems - they use SAP
- Maths and English to GCSE level C or the equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Conscientious, honest, and flexible, with a positive work ethic
- Customer centric and polite telephone manner
