**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
- Ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices.
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing credit card statement and expense claims
- Provide cover for other team members when required.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Managing purchase ledger in a medium-sized environment
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes
