**JOB OVERVIEW**

To ensure the timely processing of Sales Invoices and Credits. As part of a small team you will also be required to cover duties not listed below for holiday and sickness cover.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Post Sales Invoices on to Nav system
- Post Sales Credits on to Nav System
- Reconcile Supplier Statements to Nav system
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconcile and Post Credit Card Transactions
- Reconcile Purchase Ledger
- Petty Cash and Employees Expenses
- Bank Direct Debits posted on to Nav System
- Ensure Month end Cut off dates are adhered to
- Ad hoc reports as required by department managers
- Admin support within the Payroll function
- Help as required for holiday & absence cover
- Shared responsibility for reception, welcoming visitors, switchboard and mail duties
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Conscientious and responsible
- A methodical and logical approach to work
- Good IT skills, particularly in the use of spreadsheets
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills.
- Discretion and honesty when handling confidential information
- Self-motivated
- The ability to work as part of a team

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
