**Influen**cer Executive** - Mybrands**

**Locations: THG Icon HQ, WA15 0AF**

Working within the influencer team in THG Nutrition, the Influencer Executive would help the influencer manager oversee performance of the program for Mybrands (Myvitramins & Myvegan). This individual would be responsible for reporting on monthly and weekly influencer performance and identify areas of success and areas for improvement. The Influencer Executive will need to be an organised, proactive and a good communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing & implementing the influencer marketing strategy across the Mybrands division, including Myvitamins, Myvegan & Exante
- Research and identification of suitable influencers across various categories including Fitness, Fashion, sport and Lifestyle
- Support on the channel performance, including commercial KPI' & report on influencer performance on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Responsible for end-to-end relationship management with influencers, included but not limited to outreach, negotiation, nurturing relationships and evaluating performance. In addition, manage communications with the relevant influencers
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts to build long term relationships with clear deliverables matching the influencers profile
- Maintain general influencer programme hygiene - including ensuring links, offers and reporting are up to date and correct
- Work with the Mybrands Manager to devise new influencer strategies and opportunities
- Support on potential events and ad-hoc tasks that are related to Influencers
- Stay on-top of social trends and platform updates for wider team's use within content output
- Support the brand team on creative approaches to influencer campaigns and concepts that are integrated to the wider plans for the brand

**Requirements**:

- 1 years experience in influencer marketing and/or marketing roles
- An interest in the athleisure, fitness, nutrition and overall health industry
- An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands
- Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
- An interest in the commercial aspect of influencer marketing, with proficiency in Excel and general data handling
- Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with mínimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with managing a team & working in a team
