Job Description

Role Overview:

As BEAUTY BAY's Senior Influencer & PR Executive, you will be an authority on everything Influencer, working as part of the Influencer & PR Marketing Team to raise the profile of BEAUTY BAY as a retailer and brand. You will play a vital role in the team, being responsible for planning and implementing influencer tactics across our own brand By BEAUTY BAY and our wider brand campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and end-to-end management of influencer activity for allocated launches and campaigns including planning, implementation and reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and agencies to generate long-lasting partnerships, strengthen negotiations and drive coverage
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Support the Senior Influencer and PR manager on key strategic projects
  • Support on PR and experiential activation
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of influencer channel performance with actionable insights
  • Work closely with the Influencer and PR assistant to identify and engage with new and existing influencers to increase product awareness, revenue, engagements, and drive new customers to the website
  • Liaise with Social, Content and Media teams to amplify influencer coverage


Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at once
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pro-active with strong initiative
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines, thriving on change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to escalate potential issues as they arise
  • Committed to working as part of a team
  • A commercial mind-set with a strong understanding of the importance of marketing
  • Passionate about all thing’s beauty
  • +3 years’ experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
